Can I keep my current phone numbers? +

Yes. We support number porting for local, toll-free, and fax numbers. Our team handles the entire process with your current carrier to ensure a smooth transition with zero downtime.

Is there a contract? +

Monthly plans have no contract and can be canceled anytime. Annual plans offer a 33% discount but are committed for 12 months. You can upgrade or add users at any time.

Do I need special hardware? +

No. You can use the OTG Voip Signal app on your existing computer or smartphone. If you prefer desk phones, we support most standard IP phones including Poly, Yealink, and Cisco models.

What happens if I exceed my toll-free minutes? +

Additional toll-free minutes are available at $0.02 per minute. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly allocation so you can upgrade plans if needed.

Can I switch plans later? +

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
